When direction drilling is not required or possible, a mechanical back hoe can be used to dig a hole/trench of virtually any width and is only limited by the reach of the bucket arm for the depth.

HydroVacing is another method of accomplishing the same result and is usually preferred if there are other utilities in close proximity to the excavation. The hole/trench is made then the pipe, conduit(s), HDPE duct(s) pedestal or vault, etc. are placed into the excavation and then industry standards are adhered to for proper backfilling and compaction.

Excavation requires more refurbishing of the grounds surface including top soil, grass and vegetation back to pre-excavation state. We take extreme pride in returning any of our work sites regardless of the method to existing or better condition.
